Alright so we planted some potatoes last year and when we went to pick them this is what we got:

Isn't that screwed up???? Alright just wanted to share that.

Apparently you like potatoes and hoped they would turn out normal, but that wasn't enough to keep something from going wrong, huh? Weird. Good thing your trying to find out how to fix it for the next time and doing something about it.

I know but its so strange! I didn't do anything weird! I followed the directions and stuff but its just that they wanted to make interesting shapes. We named the one that looks like a penis the dictator.

lmao great spuds i dunno what u did wrong maybe not enough space. did u grow in pots? that might explain em growing into each other. or too much of a certain nutrient (p?). i dunno hilarious though made me laugh k+

What did you feed them and how often? My taters are always too small...perfect for stews, but not french fries.

Small potatoes indicate too much nitrogen- grows nice tops, but little in the way of potatoes.

Heres my lil tater I grew...most were about that size...you did good, getting your so big!

The shapes are not important, before mass production you could get potatoes in many colors, shapes and sizes. They tasted better also.
