Problem with Delta 9 labs
I sent email inquiring about Mekong haze.
Delta 9 labs sent back reply stating “If you would like ultimate peace of mind you can place your order directly with us and I will personally take care of the request for you”. I asked if they shipped worldwide and they stated yes but to send address with payment not in email. I asked if they guaranteed order to arrive and they stated yes. Now he states he does not ship to my destination and he is not sending my order or giving refund, I lost $333.00 They may try to dispute the above but it’s the honest truth and I am just trying save you people some time and money. I have purchased beans from all over the world for the past 18 years and delta 9 labs are by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. It’s your money but you will surely lose it and get nothing but lies in return. Bottom line they have no integrity. |

You were told they guaranteed shipment worldwide, yet when they got shipping info said they can't ship to your location? Pretty odd if it's really that simple. And they actually asked that you not give them shipping info/location prior to payment?

Update to BigPuff420 and to this thread....
Greetings All,
The situation is being resolved between BigPuff420 & Delta-9 Labs. Due to security measures in our place and perhaps the thieves in the postal systems we are going to work something out together. In the meantime I suggested BigPuff420 smoke some fine herb in his pipe and not the seeds rolling off his tray! Since he has calmed down and has provided some patience we will move as swiftly as possible to resolve this issue. We will personally update you all ASAP. Highest regards, Ed Delta-9 Labs |

I'm sure things will be resolved but c'mon, lets be civil. The thread title alone doesnt exactly work toward a positive solution.
My experience with D9 was positive, friendly, informative and memorable. Its hard for me to believe this stuff based on my interactions with the breeders. Oh yeah, the herb was divine from their work too! RM

I Feel your pain. I have lost $100's with dealing other seed banks. The fact of the matter is that regardless if they are vendors here at IC or not. Dealing with certain breeder/seed banks directly can be risky.
This post is totally warranted and If it were my money I would be shitty as well. Hopefully your situation gets resolved. Customer shouldnt have to go to these extremes just to address a situation like this. Take care of people who spend their $$$ with you.

Great Thanks Mosca and all for the support! You guys are great and you know we would never let you down. Mosca is like family as well as so many who are in this industry for the love and not the greed. All will be indeed sorted out. I hope BigPuff420 can grow as big & beautiful a bud as equal as he can make a big bite. Everything is being resolved.
