While scouting for an outdoor grow...(Pics)
I came across quite a few creatures...
Cammo Just because you wear a mask doesn't mean we can't see you!! They we more curious than scared...Because their mother wasn't around, so was I. 3 little bandits in training... They posed for this one...and I still blurred the pic. Along the way I saw several deer...They don't like posing for anything... Then I found this (I know where to look) Probably the 5th Black Widow already this year. These guys spin a very unique web, easy to identify...chances are you spot a web, a BW is nearby. They are usually found under eves, typically small dark enclosed places...So be careful. While I was photographing him a wild turkey gobbled at me about 10 yards away...Then "high tailed" it outta there. I also spotted one of the largest Red-headed woodpeckers I've seen in a while. They get enormous for the woodpecker family. I disturbed a Bald Eagle who was watching me the whole time from a branch about 20 yards away. They are very common around here (at least 50th I saw this year) So I had a good time and found a GREAT open (full sun), yet VERY secluded spot for my girls... Bad thing is I'll be pulling tics off myself the rest of the night (JUST found my 6th one on me!!) Sometimes Living in the middle of fucking no where has its advantages ![]() Elite

heh, contact fish and game commission or your nearest park ranger.
Could call animal control but they might put them to sleep. I'm not sure though. |

They ate all the chicken and most of the cantaloupe, they were still acting hungry...So we broke out the salmon. It started a brawl!! ![]() They all got fed WELL!! ![]() LOL, we are so far out in the middle of no where...We don't have animal control per say (or equivalent) We have a lady a few towns over that has 12 others... ![]() Not so cute close up, eating... Nice Elite!
I live in the 'burbs, and we had a family of raccoons visit us. First it was just mamma, but after a while, she would bring the kids around. Got to a point where she would leave them in our backyard, and go hunting. We always fed them- they had a water bowl and food bowl. Momma was so funny- she would show up, eat some food (out of our hands), then drink water, then wash her paws, then take a nap- All right in front of us in the patio. Here's the gang.

nice bro! make sure it's only you and ur family that they get to smell because they might just go up to any house some day and whacked.
EDIT: actually, yuou know what you can do? Be feeding them, then have someone come walking up on you and the racoons, and put your back to the racoons and face the person with your arms spread out and back like you're protecting them, and they'll get the hint that not all humans are safe. I bet if you videotaped it you'd see a couple little heads pop up and get that squirly look they get when frightened, meaning they recognized that you yourself recognized the person as a potential threat. So maybe don't have the person hang around after, have someone do it then leave. |

In the United States, under our Constitution, a free press is a check on politicians of all parties. If we are to demand that other countries respect the tradition of a free press we must also practice that here at home. Let the people know the facts, and the country will be safe. |
