wait until they have the most white pistils, no orange, and pollenate, should be between week 5-6 after pollenation let them go to week 9-10 to ensure seeds are perfectly ripe.
To harvest the seeds, cut down the plants and let them hang for at least 7 days the dryer the bud the better, just crumble the buds and the seeds will come out easily. You can still smoke the pollenated bud crumble that is left, not the best smoke but it is something. After harvest Seeds need to dry in open air for at least 2 weeks in low humidity (30% or less.) Longer in higher humidity to get the highest germination rate. For storage put them in an air tight container with some silica gel pack and refrigerate until you want to use them. Freezer for long term storage,, 1yr or more. That help? ICC |
