Masterlow 1st run

I was gifted some Masterlow seeds to try, thanks buddy!!!!

I was battling cool temps when I started them so their growth was very slow.

I started them in 3" pots then moved them to some homemade growbags.

Day 16

They were under some low wattage cfls for the first couple weeks of their lives. This combined with cool temps made these grow very very slow.

By day 40 they both showed their sex. I got one male and one female.

Day 40

Male

Female

I've removed the male and am currently collecting pollen from him so I can make some more Masterlow seeds.

I moved the female from the weak cfls to the 600w hps cab. The cab is on 12/12 so it won't produce as much as 24/0, but the light is so much stronger compared to the cfls the plants were under.

Day 53

Day 59

I got impatient the other day and started dusting the female with some of the Masterlow pollen I've been collecting from the male.

They look nice an healthy bud and you didnt get impatient to pollinate them... you left it a bit late! They take 70-75 days to finish - although the calyxs have a lot of filling up to do so you should be ok... youl need to leave them til the leaves are pretty much completely dead and 90 days plus if you pollinated them around in or around day 59, to make sure the beans are not immature (disaster)

It wasn't close to the cfls, maybe 6". Its not real close to the HPS either, but it's doing better.

The bud is secondary for this run. The main reason for it is to make more seeds so I can play with AFs more.

They started off so slow due to cool temps that I'm not really counting on a regular harvest of 70-75 days. I figured it might take closer to 100 actually haha.

Yeah I was kind of thinking they were awfully slow growers there and was starting to wonder if they were really ML but now that you say they were in some cold temps that explains a lot.

Day 63

It's been a couple days since I hit this girl up with some Masterlow pollen. I see hairs shriveling, so it appears the pollen is working.

She's been moved a bit closer to the HPS and she seems to be liking it.

Wow, I can't believe the temps kept them that slow... they are so underdeveloped looking. But healthy looking too. Weird.
