Mobb Boss 1st run - GrindHouse Medical Seeds Co. - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I got some of Steele's new Mob Boss (ChemD x Tang Tang) seeds to try, thanks Steele!

For this run I only had room for 2 plants so I started 2 seeds.

They both popped

I stuck the sprouted seeds in some 3" pots

A couple days later they both popped above soil

Here they are on Day 15

On Day 16 I transplanted them from the 3" pots to 6" pots.

I didn't take any pictures of them for a couple weeks.

Here they are at Day 40

On Day 40 of veg, I transplanted them from the 6" pots to 3 gal pots and threw them into flower.

At Day 13 of flower they both showed their sex and unfortunately they are both males.

I am going to try to collect some pollen for future F2 crosses.

I will be growing out some more seeds of this cross in the near future and will start another thread when I do.

Damn Blynx,
came online, saw yer thread an' was hoping to see some blooms.... bummer. Regadring tha males, can you shed some light on aromas and other characteristics ? Being outside, I'm having a difficult time seeing if there are any visible trichs on 'em.... Mad thanks fer posting tha males, though it didn't benefit you in tha way you were hoping, it helps ME immensely .

Hoping you find some killer lady's on tha next sesh....

I'll try to get some pics and closeups and more info for you about the males.

Don't think they didn't help me, I like adding to the pollen collection in the freezer hehe.

I also know you like info/pics on all aspects of your gear and I'm more than happy to oblige.

That's why I posted this male thread, even tho you and I are prolly the only ones that will like it haha.

Thanks for asking about them. I had started to collect pollen from both plants and put it into a common container. After checking the plants out I decided to keep the pollen seperate.

I don't really see any trichs on the leaves on my plants.

In terms of aromas they are totally different.

Plant #1 has a total sweet Tang Tang (Blue Sonja~Blockhead) smell.

Plant #2 has a diesel like aroma. There is no sweet smell in this guy. I'm guessing this male is ChemD dominant.

Oh and I didn't even notice, but Plant #2 is a Tri.

I'm planning on starting some more seeds in the next couple weeks.

just had to say nice nuts, and smell like a truck driver , awesome , what does this tri male mean and could it just be a awesome freak of a male or what? would there be tri's in the off spring ?
