My girlfriend uses mj for IBS and for reilief from back pain due to scoliosis and nausea from some meds she is on. I am relocating her to northern cal eureka/ arcata area. She has 2 kids ages 5 and 7. She more than likely will get the recomendation she needs to grow and possess the herb she needs and I'm gonna grow it for her. We want to be as safe as possible and do everything as legal as possible under the SB420 and what ever local county laws Humboldt has in place for the mmj patients in the area. But the whole Kids in the same house thing has got us both a little concerned. Could anybody who is a mmj user in Ca or Norcal who has or knows folks who are parents of kids under 18 tell me anything that may go wrong due to having marijuana grown and smoked in the same household as children. Now pay in mind we DO NOT smoke in front of kids or anything like that it is always done in the bedroom away from them and they would never be allowed to see the growroom. If this is something I shouldn't worry about as long as we are doing everything "by the book" per se let me know or tell me this is not so good of an idea if it really isn't. Peace Nuggler

Personally I don't think you should have a problem just dont let the kids see it or tell them their tomatoes like my peeps told me lol

Sounds like a resource you should look into, although it wont help sort out your question, it may help prepare your kids for any necessary defence.
