Alright Ed told me he would like to see these a going so what the hell,,, here's a lil info on my set-up:
I use PPB grow, floraliscious plus, florablend, and LIquid karma as a foiler spray i use al-g-mic
In flower PPB bloom, liquid karma, sweet, kool bloom liquid, alternate between top max and big bloom and hit once or twice with kool bloom dry at half reccomended dose toward end of flowering, sensizyme, bio heaven and voodoo juice twice during early flower and earth juice organic ph up and down,,, every other watering is straight ph adjsted tap
I use tapwater its 140 ppm and 7.5-7.8 out of tap i let sit and bubble for 24 hours,,,i grow in soil use either happy frog or ocean forest mixed with light warrior in veg,,, and now for this next round i will be switching to promix in 2 1/2 gallon pots
Right now i have a 430 watt hps, but by the time these hopeful ladies hit the flower room i will have already purchased and hooked up my new 600 aircooled hps so i will then have a 430 and a 600 in a 36inx52in space,,, i also have flouros lining the wall, so my yield should be great this time around
Well wish me luck i put 5 of these in the coffee filter last night,,, so should be tails in a day maybe less, once they crack they will go to Rapid Rooters,,,might do some sort of bubbler for them just to clone and sex since its not to warm out not decided,,,if not going to do that the above mixes will apply,,,peace all

Alrighty then here we go on into rapid rooters because i am not sure what method these will grown in and rapid rooters leaves the door open to everything,,,pretty quick to crack and get tails 24 hours or less,,,kind of boring now but will pick up in a couple of weeks,,,peace

Way to go Idoreally! The FOG sounds really great. I have a questions for you, the ph of your tap water is at 7.5-7.8. Do you adjust this down before watering? What about the ph of the water when you add the nutes? Just wondering as I have been trying to hit the 6.5 to 7.0 level at each watering (flush and nute). I do not have a ppm meter yet but will probably pick one up soon as that is what everyone is doing. Growing sure was alot eaiser when I didn't know what I was doing lol.

How often do you use the liquid karma? Always as foliar?

OG i usually add the pbp bloom or grow then the karma and sweet or floranecter whichever i am using,,, let bubble for an hour come back check ppm and ph most of the time it is in the 6.1-6.8 range and ppms are usually around 1000 if full feedind or 400-750 ppm partial, (then they get fresh water either evey other watering or every 2 feedings),,after i have waited the hour and everything has been checked and is in that range i add my additives either the kool bloom, top max, big bloom or the bud xl, then the enzymes and energy boosters go last,,,i use a variety of products just to experiment with them,, i check the ppm's and ph after it bubbles for 15 minutes,,,then add earth juice ph up or down if i need too,,,rarely do i need to add either but every once in awhile i do,,, if its too low i let it set and bubble for an hour or two becuz sometimes this will make your ph rise,,,but being impatient most of the time i add the ph up and down measure out waterings for each individal plant,,10 qt pots get 4 cups of water or feed every three days,,,i don't think i have ever really had an issue with ph actaually but my advice is to at least get the drip test stuff to check your ph i think you can get them at home depot or your hydro store,,,hell maybe wal mart by the fish and pool stuff,,, honestly i bought those things first off,,the ph and ppm meter,,,ph you can get the test strips,,as for ppm i can say almost always go with half of what the bottle reccomends on the nutrients and you should be fine,, i am no expert this is just what i do go thru and look at the guys with five six seven grows behind them they know more than me,,good luck bro...peace
edit: ok i see now you say you don,t have a ppm meter,,,just half nutes thats the best i can tell you,,,what nutes do you use again well i will look on your thread if its not there just let me know or try to find someone that uses the same ntes and have them give you the rundown on how you should measure it for each feeding,,,peace

idoreallytry, Thanks for all the great info. I have been checking the ph at each watering for the last few weeks. I have been keeping it in the 6.5-7.0 range (well I never really let it go up to a full 7) using General Hydro's liquid drip test and using thier ph up and down. I am using a commerical sunshine soilless mix made by Proven Winners. Seems like it is pretty good stuff after trying several other types. I have stayed away from the fortified soils and like to do the nutes myself. Have been using 1/2-3/4 strength since adjusting the ph. So far the plants have been looking good with what I am using. I may try out the coca in the near future but need to study up on it a little more first.

Man one of my next investments will be on some decent veg lights. The CFL's (running 8 26 watt blues in a 18" X 36" X 65" tent) just dosen't cut it after 3 weeks or so veg. I think they are stretching was too much. I really don't want a noisy inline fan where my veg tent is located. I am thinking about a 250 watt CMH or a 175 MH. From what I have read the CMH throws off less heat than the MH or HPS and I might be able to get away with the 2 12" fans I am presently using. My flower tent is pretty well dialed in now. Running a 400 HPS in a 36" X 36" X 72" tent with a couple of inline fans that gives me good exhaust and intake.

Some really great looking auctions going on over at the bay. Lots of F2 diesel crosses but I think Rez is releasing some new stuff in the next couple of weeks. Really looking forward to the Delta 9 gear as well. My SL female will be seeing the 12/12 by this weekend

hey OG your welcome bro,,,i am just getting it down and yes your SL looks nice,,, i bilt a lil homemade drip rbbermaid tub drip sytem for my five vegging FOG's,,,will veg til i can clone then i will flower clones and hopefully get a couple nice keepers boy or girl,,,i will get an update tomorrow i took all my plants out last night and took a lot of pics,, but for some unknown reason the camera didn't save them i took pics of 5 diffwrent batches of plants so i was pissed had to do a couple things today and couldn't do it plus i was aggravated from last night lol,,,
about your lights i use t5 blasters 35 dollars apiece,,,so about 100 bucks will get you 15000 lumens of t5's with not a lot of heat and good growth i use 2- 4 footers and pt 2- 2 footers i had down the middle,, and under it i had 8 plants in 3/4 gal pots 6 in 16 oz cups and 6 in rapid rooters so i had a lot of plants under that and i am more than happy,,,just a suggestion though,,,well looking forward to seeing an update from you,,,peace
