I agree. Made my first purchase from Krypto a few months back...Made a post saying "grabbed some beans!!"...Next day got a PM from Capt just letting me know that if anything went wrong in the transaction w/ SB that he'd surely take care of me.....Now how's that for customer service??? For all he knew I was just some Prick...Real good to see someone who has honest business practices, sadly it's rare these days...So, HERE'S to CAPT!!!
