Cherry Thai Grow
Dropped these clones on April 23rd. I'm growing in a C13 cab SCROG DWC(bubbler with drippers 24/7) Using a 400wt MH to fill the screen & a HPS for flower. I've only been growing my own meds for the past year, but since it is a strain that is not currently available, I figured there were a few of you that are sitting on beans & would be interested in following a grow.
Wish me luck! I'll have some updated pics later this week.KBB |

Thanks Sleepy!
I'm just a newbie...sat on the outside of OG looking in for about a year before I finally gave it a go. I use a carbon scrubber when necessary for odor control & I just switched my six inch Vortex to a four inch Silver Bullet for ventillation. Hope the S Bullet will suffice as I need the Vortex for my new C22 project. I'm using Canna Aqua, Rhiz, Cannazym, Dark Energy & Super Nova, and ProTekt for nutes. Have Pure Blend Pro sitting on deck for my next grow.......Willie Nelsons(Thanks Baccus!).

Hey KillBill... I love those small cabinet grows... I started with a C13 and still use it for cloning.
The thai sounds delicious... cherry huh? Sign me up for this one... those girls will be out of control. |

Welcome Maistre! Actually...I hope to come out of the "cabinet" one day like you pros! I have a bunch of seeds, some top quality, but I don't have the room to keep MOMS!

Here's the latest update. Been 10 days since I dropped the clones. Started off slow but it really kicked it up a notch the last few days. Lots of branching...looks like no topping needed here. Top leaves are popping out claw like...guessing an OPT trait? Nutes are at about 35%. Will bump it up to 50% this weekend. The MOMs seemed to be sensitive feeders during veg, so I'm going to increase the strength slowly.
Hey RM or Luci If you guys happen to stop by, can you tell me what to expect as far as stetch? Should I fill the screen a little before switching 12/12? Or if it stretches like crazy, should I go 12/12 right when it hits the screen? Also, how hard can I push the Nutes during flower?More updates towards the end of the week. Everybody take care! KBB |

Boy oh Boy
I'm glad i came across this thread. Been waiting to read something about this cross for awhile. I was lucky enough to land some of these seeds from RM and can't wait to grow them out myself. I'm one that loves Thai plants and I can't wait to see what these babies do. I wish you the best of luck and i'll be watching closely. Good Luck, BG |

Thanks for stopping by BG! I'll do my best with these Babies! It's just my fourth go at it & my 1st grow thread. Hope I don't let anybody down.I, too, am a lover of Thai. I am in my mid 30's & when I first started smoking, the strains we had were Thai(sticks, some chocolate), Hawaiian, Skunk(real deal old school), & of course Mex schwag(which would surprise occasionally). But my favorite was always Thai....I could tell a couple of stories. I have a pack of Thaitanic from TFD for future use. Just hope I don't get the skunk pheno. Maybe one day I'll have the space to grow out all the MOMS & save the keeper!Take care, KBB |

Here's the info on this strain, for all those that are interested.
"Cherry Bomb X Oregon Purple Thai. Talk about flavor and soaring high. Medium yielding connoiseur buds, the infamous Cherry Bomb crossed with the building block of Blueberry, OPT. This F-1 has winner written all over it. Moderate yield." Talk at ya later, KBB |
