Exclamation seedlings burnt? help

my friend placed our germed seeds in peat pellets, that were apparantly watered too heavily when expanding the pellets, the seeds have been outside in pellets in a portable greenhouse that stays open during the day, they receive sum direct sunlite but not much, outside temps have been around 80s, maybe 90s, and first day we left plastic cover on top of tray, so the pellets are pretttttty moist still... its taken like three days i think to see any sproutlings, which are slitely discolored, but the majority havent yet popped outt of the pellets...
could we have destroyed the seedlings?! if we didnt destroy just messed em up and they will still pop out, will that have effected long term growth and health of the plants when theyr vegging and flowering??
ahh this sucks, i know it was only like a week of work and anxiously waiting, but the main concern is will the plants later in life be affected by this hot wet conditions while seedling/sproutling?

if so, i guess we'll have to buy more seeds :( , 15$ isnt much of a loss i guess.

nah, if they recover from being almost drowned and the peat pellets they'll be fine as long as they're treated correctly from here on out. as i said in your other thread, i plant directly into the soil they'll be growing in and i keep the soil moist with a spray bottle until the roots are set. seeds don't like to be drowned and they don't like being jostled...

the most common probs new growers have are impatience and too much love...both can kill.

good luck

if you can get more beans in the ground, i'd be doing that asap...just in case. but you should be able to tell which ones will make it soon, if not already.

good luck

well, im gonna post a pic of the sproutlings tonite, so that'll give you an idea, uhmm yeahhh, im thinking about getting more seeds soon, but my friends wanna wait it out to see how they do, but i just dont like the idea of doing a shitty job on the babies when we still have time and money... it sucks having to patiently wait for assurance or find out it was a waste of our time...

i think throwing beans in water is fast i use r/o is pretty easy way to ensure quick sprouting i planted some master og kush and pre 98 bubba og :after placing them in water they cracked and some were already throwing out a solid taproot.i place mine in a mix of coco, perlite, and worm castings.after placing them under a 60wattfloro in jiffy pots they all spruted.my biggest prb was stretching as not enough light lost a couple to legginess.incidently if this happens replant in loose or media to inch below lowest leaves.so they are doing well planning on using greenhouse in addition to 600 watt veg room
