great looking plants. saw your post in my thread, came by to check you grow out. looks like you've got a heavier indica pheno than i do in the hk. yours from nirvana?

idoreallytry, Thanks. I am not going to do much training on this grow for a couple of reasons. I am concentrating on doing some pollen chucking, and I am really not sure I care for the lst or fim methods quite yet. My last run with Blue Mystic, Thai-tanic and Jock Horror I did a combination of the two and really seemed to delay the flowering a good little bit. I still only harvested 13 grams of the BM even after fim. The TT and JH will harvest out quite a bit more but I am still not convinced yet lol.

bc.trip, Thanks for stopping by. Yep my hk is from Nirvana. The pack is about 2 years old so Its possible I guess that it could have changed a little. They will be hitting the 12/12 within a couple more weeks. Both the Bub and HK stretched quite a bit during veg even under 200 watts of CFL (8 26 watt blue's). I am thinking of trying out a 175 watt MH soon to see if I can get better light penetration as I like to veg 6-8 weeks.

Man, sorry to hear that. Have another strain to replace it with? Well lets see how mine turn out and you can decide if you want to get a pack of them.

I took them out tonight to check them out.

Looks like I will only end up with one male out of the whole bunch of plants going into flower. Both Hk, the one bubble I kept, 2 of 3 SL and the biggest surprise of all, even the WD all appear to be female. I had planned to use the pollen from the WD to do some projects but I am certainly happy that its a girl.

I will post a couple pics this weekend.

Well it has been a few days since I posted. Nothing exciting to look at yet. Here is a group flower shot of WD, SL, Bubb and HK, all in 12/12 from 4-12 days.:



My SL #A is having some issues. Not sure what it is yet. The leaves are kind of ruffeling and twisting. I had to add a little bit (25%) of a different brand of soilless mix when I transplanted into the 3 gallon as I ran out of my regular soil. Not sure if that caused the problem or not. I am checking the ph of my water whice runs from 6.5-7.0. What do you think?





Plant #B is about the perfect picture of health. Lots of side branches pretty bushy for for no training or topping.:





Neither SL have stretched much at all. Both have stayed very squat for around 10 days since the flip.

Plant #C is my lone male plant in this grow. I made a male flower chamber from one of those extra large plastic totes and have medium size CFL bulb on 12/12. Looks like those sacs could start opening any time now.

Honestly I think everything will correct itself sooner or later. The SL #B looks really good IMO. Can't wait until they get farther along into flowering.

On another note, will you guys be making any more 5 packs of Superstar or the brainstorm haze? Those both sound really good and 5 packs are a little more affordable for poor people like me lol.

ha i know this is totally unrelated but man it sucks that Delta9 printed all those final versions of the seed packs with 'scent' spelled 'sent'! just how my brain works to notice things like that i guess, but damn typos are a misfortune IMO.

but your SL looks only slightly defiicient or toxed, i wouldn't worry too much if it hasn't stunted the growth (doesn't look like it has, lookin nice).
