good luck. sounds like you either have to use exhaust fans and make some shade or get some air conditioners. i have never used a greenhouse before, but i bet a desert makes one crazy hot

you can use smaller than normal fans if you just build swampcoolers........
but then you need water.......which I'm pretty sure isn't exactly readily available

i got a solar powered exhaust fan (typically used for attics) at lowe's. it was like 300 bones but it seems to be helping quite a bit.

For greenhouses there is a white coating that u can put on the windows to cool it downb , but i don't know why u would use a Gh in the desert>?

I would assume that there might be sand blowing around as an issue. That was one of the main reasons my buddies out in yucca used a GH. A gh will work great as long as you can keep your plants watered a lot. A shade cover with misters on will also help a ton. Those solar fans like someone stated above is a great option as well.

the main reason for the green house was to conceal my plants from my incredibly nosey neighbor (and to protect from could nights in the early and late stages of the grow season.) i also grow vegetables around the greenhouse which has kept my real garden incog.
