Healthy munchies!

So, lets hear it. When the munchies kick in... we all know we can easily buy/grab a bag of doritos, or nachos, or sweets.

What HEALTHY munchies are out there, or that you eat?

Best i can think of right now - trail mix - but i bet that's loaded with sodium :-\

I eat frozen blueberries like everyday. Healthy and hella good. Also dried cranberries. Mixed nuts.

Popcorn, plain. It's way better in the movie theatre but you get used to it cause you can eat a lot of it.

I ate a whole head of iceburg lettuce last night, it was delicious! I ate it like an apple. It tastes great and quenches your thirst.

hehe

Also - to add some substance here, I recommend homemade fruit rollups, which I make using a dehydrator. You basically puree whatever fruit you like and dehydrate it into sheets. Delicious and way more healthy than the store bought ones.
