Okay, so in the middle of the night last night, I was pretty blazed and hungry, so I went into my kitchen, with the intent to make a bad ass omelet.
It's very quick and easy, and comes out great... This is what I did. I started off by microwaving about 3 slices of bacon. On my microwave this takes about 4:30-5:00 minutes to get to my satisfaction. During this time, you have enough time to start your omelet. First, I got a bowl. I cracked two eggs, and added a splash of milk. I then mixed this thoroughly with a fork. I then put a frying pan on the stove, and set it to medium. I sprayed the pan with a quick burst of Canola Oil. I then poured the contents of the bowl into the pan. By the time my bacon was done, the omelet was just starting to become all fluffy, etc... I took the bacon, broke it into pieces, and added it to one side of the omelet. I then got my sliced Jalapenos from the refrigerator and gave the bacon a generous coating of sliced Jalapenos. I then got my Kraft Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese out of the refrigerator, and covered the bacon and Jalapenos with it. It started to become melty. I then flipped the blank side of the omelet onto the side that I put my ingredients on, and flipped it over. It was perfectly done, so I put it on a plate to let it cool a little, while I cleaned up from cooking. I then put a sprinkle of salt on it, as I like salt. I then took a knife and some butter, and spread some on the omelet, for taste. I then got my fork, and sat down at the table and ate it. It was amazing... As I was eating it, I decided that I had to put a thread about it on IC... I intended to do it last night, but I smoked another bowl, and didn't have the motivation to do it at the time... As I was finishing my Omelet, I was thinking of other ingredients to put in an Omelet that would be amazing as well... I thought maybe some sliced steak, and Swiss Cheese. That would be good. So, this thread is for everyone to post their amazing Omelet recipes! Peace, ![]() P.S. It didn't occur to me last night, but the thought just came to me that this Omelet would be a lot better if it was made with Cannabutter. And perhaps some hash oil added in with the other ingredients. |
