I would say 2-3 gallon for best results.

Thanks for quick answer midwestganja. Quite big pots huh.
What is on the other side absolute minimum that will still guarantee good growth. Let me be clear here. What size would guarantee that plant will yield at least 3g and not die in the process... |

i would say a minimum of 5L (like 1.5 galons). Also keep in mind LR#2 roots like to go deep, so the deeper the better. No way u will yield less then 5g per plant, in good conditions of course.

nice output Jonesy. I'm hoping to get anywhere near 10 gm per plant under a 400HPS and this gives me hope

man, that can't happen often... thinking the scales are out, in the WRONG direction
my hope is to run 10 fems in 5-7 liter pots, in pre fert soil - from there I'm hoping to pull 100g |

Can you grow them in 1 gallons? Sure, but they will be rootbound and not very happy in most cases, it will also affect your yield. Do a side by side with a 1gal vs a 3gal, you'll see the difference. Nothing less than 2 gallon as far as im concerned.
