need some suggestions on the best coffeeshops outside of amsterdam and haarlem
with the best price/quality ratio, and want good sativa, like amnesia haze, g13/haze, etc

Coffeeshop Anytime Alkmaar. Super grass, reasonable prices.

Try the northernlight special, or the NLX

Seems Tilburg is a place to visit.
In Maastricht you can check the Kosbor - Amnesia Haze - won the Highlife cup for several years.
