Sashimi!!
Now, while there may already be an existing thread on sushi, I though I'd bring up sashimi, as my preferred method if ingesting raw fish. I'm in no way a connoisseur, but I do enjoy some tuna, mahi, or salmon with a side of soy/wasabi/lemon. Goes great with beer. Anyone else?
