Greetings fellow ICer's, me and my girl will be in amsterdam from Sat 28th Feb till Mon 2nd March just for a flying visit and were wondering if anyone else will be there during our time to meet up for a smoke, drink and chat. Also does anyone know of anythin in amsterdam at the moment that would be classed as a "must smoke"? many thx and maybe see you there

Currently I hear there are some good batches of..

Super Silver Haze @ Mellow Yellow
Purple Kush @ Green Place
Amnesia Skunk @ Dampkring
Lavender @ Dampkring

..but by the time you go things might have changed, of course.

There is also currently a Haze called Quasar which is €16-17/gram and seems to be polarising opinion. Some people claim it's the best in town, others seem to be slagging it right off..

To be honest that's the exception and is super expensive, even for Amsterdam. You're maybe talking €9-12 on average, which last year was fine for us brits at £6ish/gram. Now it's more like £8-11/gram to us, with the nosedive the pound has taken.

Super Silver Haze @ Mellow Yellow is €10/g

Lavender @ Dampkring is €8.50/g

Strangely, local UK prices have also crept up in the past year, and are pretty much at parity with 'dam prices (£20-25 for a 2.5g 'eighth' bag of good weed, and sometimes not so good weed).

thanks McSnappler for ur input i had the lavender last time i was in dam (Oct 2008) think from katsu tho and i wasnt that impressed with it, i think i willl try the purple kush, amnesia skunk and super silver haze.
Norcalfor20 i would love to come to cali and have a look round however i dont think i will get past immigration due to past criminal activities in my youth. i have heard stories of brits being refused entry to the states for car offences so i have no chance as i was a bad boy in my youth or should i say a fool lol
