I hope that it wasn't anything time sensitive.

Just to clear things up, I am not in Canada and I do not work for Advanced Nutrients. I am an independent importer/distributor for Advanced in Europe.

When I was introduced to AN products I was semi-retired and financially independent. I didn't get involved for financial reasons. I have been growing since the early 70's and when a PhD friend of mine who was doing some consulting work for them told me about the results from a couple of their products that he had experienced, I tried a few products out for myself and after I had much better than average results, I decided to introduce the brand to Europe.

We do very little advertising here, most is word of mouth, and the products sell themselves. The biggest problem I have is maintaining enough inventory.

There were problems with the early batches of Monkey Juice, and the first release of Connoisseur was too concentrated, and it smelled like Old Spice but those problems were rectified and we have had no problems with bad batches or other product quality issues in Europe.


That said, I did ask about a banner ad here but I never heard anything back.

The reason cannabis nutrient companies are distancing themselves from cannabis growing is because of the legal ramifications. Rico, etc.

There's a big difference between providing consulting for a fictional TV program with fictional pot gardens, and providing cultivation advice to real pot growers when that activity is only legal in a few countries.

I believe we have talked before AN shut down their med forum. If I'm not mistaken we have conversed way back when as you had some questions regarding certain products directed in a PM if your AN Europe.. You were a nice guy and I apologize if you feel I'm trying to discredit you, it's tough being an American distributor for products that constantly change without any warning. The saddest part about AN is that there are more disgruntled users of it than people who swear by it. This is not fictional. I'm on 3-4 different forums and 1 in 10 like AN, where 5 of ten run Lucas formula and would never spend the money on AN.. The US market demand for AN is dwindling. As a retailer, rep, grower, consultant I have seen too many people make the switch to other cheaper brands and less confusing regiments. Does AN know that you visit here and try to help? If they did, they may tell you to knock it off for the same reasons they shut down their forum. 19eu or $19 US????

But really, there is no need for any of this stuff at all, from any company, if you are using chem nutrients and your garden is healthy.

is u use too much h2o2 u can burn the plant/roots themselves. if u had anything close to a sybiotic enviroment u could probably double your yield.
although obviousely not a biology major, even u understad "what works" and sybiotic ar 2 different worlds.

lucas is ok, but do you still drive a car made from the 70's?? shit just for fun try sensi A&B i think your yield will increase. yield and quality product are different languages though. i can liquidate for 65 or 70 a 1/8 if the quality is there. 600 an oz even if i had less it is better then 'work' @ 300 or less a zip.
should set your standards higher, unless you aspire nothing.

the main thing is getting your cannopy full.

althugh i find the big problems r the dro stores there all evil money grubbing bastards, a few r good but mainy there out to shaft u. although i pay way less then retail for AN, infact i think i get it just a tad above wholesale, after countering how little u use its actualy fairly cheap.

in my opinion AN is like the microsoft of Nutrients. It works ok it cost too much and is usually overbloated but it does the job, linux does the job faster better and cheaper a little harder to use but works damn good and makes microsoft look like shit... Yet 80 percent of all users still use microsoft.. After going through many grows with quite a few people doing hydro and soil and coco the one thing I noticed wasnt so much what nutes a person used but how they used those nutes. Sounds crazy but I am convinced that most nutes are fairly similar its how you feed....... 90 percent of the peeps I know overfeed, and the crazy thing is its different for each strain so its a kinda elusive target but youll know once you get it. But no special nute is gonna get you that only time and experience... Just my 2 cents

DH: thanks for the advice but I know what I'm doing. My roots are good. Don't need any symbiosis in my salt fert regiment. I agree it helps to some degree, until it dies off and your PH drops a full point a day.. Been there done that.

There is kelp in almost everything! Just not very much. Liquid karma is a humic & fulvic with other organic plant extracts like aloe vera and yucca if I'm not mistaken.

so what are you doing wrong to make your biology dieoff?
i never have a full point drop in a day.maybe a full point rise because there growing too fast.

not saying smell is lacking but salt fert grown plants dont smell as much as salt/organic grown, oil production isnt as high eather.
i found this out when i stoped running lucas and started better fert regimines. shit even floranova grew way better erb then lucas this is all with tap.

thats fine though, someone has to grow the basic work weed.

i think its also market, if your shipping back east then it dosent seam to matter what CRAP you send, its good to them.

sotherncalifornia just has a discerning market. most people i know dont want work.

alot of thought in that. i like the analogy. although if u spent time and got your MCP or MSCE you would know how to make windowz rock. i never liked spending hours crawling the net trying to make my *nix build do what i want.
