European proposition for making cannabis legal

A friend from the Canary Islands has sent to me a mail about there is a poll where we can vote for legalize cannabis in the Eurepean Union. The proposition is to make economics alternatives and someone has made this one. Here is the link, you must to join to the web, but the only thing you need is to write a name or nick, an email and write your city or town name. https://www.consulta-aos-cidadaos-eur...u/propositions As I see you must to do that proposal from your country, in Spain we have made it. It is the most voted proposition in Spain. Hay una propuesta de la Unión Europea para hacer votaciones y proponer alternativas económicas. Alguien en España ha propuesto legalizar la maconha, como alternativa. Hay que hacer la propuesta desde cada país, así que tendríais que hacerlo desde Portugal para poder votar.
