i bought some of wally's ducksfoot seeds off the seed boutique and they came in a clear zip lock bag with a sticker on saying....

gn collection
wally duck seeds
ducksfoot
(quantity 15)

i am sure that gypsy,s repackaged them for what ever reason,or is this how they come.i thought they was in paper seed packs with a cartoon style duck on the front of the pack ? even if they have been repacked by gypsy as long as they are the real deal then i am happy.but after seeing the posts between bushy old grower (bog) and gypsy in a tread somewhere in this forum about bog stopping supplying seed bay and seed boutique because it was said gypsy was making f2's of bog's seeds and passing them off for the real bog f1's.i am not saying this is true or not.but when you get seeds packed in zip lock bags and not the breeder pack,it makes you think!

does anybody have a picture or link that shows how wally ducks seeds come packaged.or has anybody had seeds sent out like this before by seedbay or seed boutique ?

lastly can any body point me towards a good place to get seed that are sent in the original breeders packs.

Hi flashgee,
all the Ducksfoot packs are like yours. Many years ago the GN Collection had its own typical paper bag but now not anymore.
Gypsy is the only one who sells Wally's genetics, so don't worry: they're all original and webbed. Maybe you could have some germ problems due to the age of the last Ducksfoot stock but they're not f2s.

yeh dont worry ..gypsy is legit...they will be the real ducksfoot...i ordered wallys c99 x panama red off seedboo and they also came with a sticker in a seal bag..but i trust gypsy so..its fine

Plus: only 1/4 of DF f2s maintains the webbed trait, so it's impossible to pretend that f2s were the original f1s

thanks guys...feeling better about these seeds,its my 1st order with any seedbank over the web,so was panicing because thay took so long to get shipped out and then because they was in the zip lock like the freebies.i p.m.'ed wally and he said thats how his seed come when you order via the boutique.so i have been reasured by what i've been told since.i will soon see when i grem the little fella's.

If I remember well, Wally made the last DF seeds 4 years ago. Or 5 'cause we've just went to 2009.

About shipping time: in and just after Xmas time orders go slowly.

You'll never know how much I'm waitin' for a new fresh stock. Next season I'm gonna start to work with f3s. The quality of smoke and the mimetic trait are a must for every outdoorer.
