Artic Sun Update
Geez, not much action on this forum, huh? Too bad, because from the one strain I've gotten so far, FD is top notch. The Artic Sun will go into flowering cycle next week, 5 weeks vegetation, and they're all at least 2 feet, most 2 1/2 or more, looking healthy with excellent internodal spacing (sorry, no pics). They all germinated and have survived, looks lioke 8 out of 11 are female. Maybe the most robust strain I've grown so far in a few years of doing so.

Just hoping there'd be more FD-speak, I guess
The Artic Sun has put a big smile on my face a couple months before even smoking any, vigorous and maybe the best looking plant I've seen a far as the internodal spacing being close together, suposedly a high yielder, and it looks it based upon that.

They went into 12/12/ today, spent about 5 weeks in vegetation, all nice height, about 2 1/2 to 3 feet all.

A week into 12/12 they are still looking good, although there's some softness to the outer stems a bit, could need a little silica, and drying out a bit, maybe a little overwatered.
Small buds are just starting to appear in a few spots. |

Well, much to my surprise they've all largely died, dried up from the bottom up, very weird, 70 - 75 degrees, 30 - 40% humidity. I suspect that this strain should only veg for 2 or 3 weeks, they just get too big after my 5 week veg period. May try again at some point, looks promising. RIP Artic Suns...

hi there
I had a AS vegging for three months before flowering, no problemo. Just have to keep giving the right ferts and care, and we had no problems. repotted two three times. How and what did you feed them, and how big was their pot.

They were getting pretty basic guano, Maxicrop, EJ microblast feeding, typical for me, and several were even sharing a 35 gallon container, plenty of space, kinda weird.
