If you're in the Pac NW, I reccommend:
https://www.thymegarden.com/ Local seed place outside of Alsea Oregon that sells good seeds of good varieties. Good germination rates and good service from good people on a good farm. Hehe.

https://www.territorialseed.com/ I've grown territoral seeds for 3/4 of my life and have had great experiences with them. Their germination rates for the last year or two have been ~50 percent, but who plants just one seed anyways? I always throw in 4 or 5 and whichever one is the most vigorous after a few days, I keep. Everything territorial sells is adjusted to the climate in the middle Willamette valley.

The ebst site is non-profit called Seed Saver Exchange. They have thousands of heirloom seeds available, all organic, and have some amazing farming practices.

Check it out. https://www.seedsaverexchange.org

And for flowers and other plants, check out Horizon Herbs.

Another good source for vegetable & herb seeds as well as herb starts on certain strains is Nichols Garden Nursery in Albany, Oregon.

They have a free catalog - lots of heirloom tomato varieties, melons, etc. Their herb selection is one of the best that I've found.

You're welcome! They're celebrating their 60th Year in 2009! Good track record.

We use their seed exclusively in our 'strawberry business' here in the Willamette Valley. We also grow several of their Asian herbs for the Vietnamese, Cambodian & Thai restaurant industry here in Portland and Nichols Garden Nursery has most of the strains that we need.

Good folks with a nice garden center at their company headquarters.

I have used Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds with great results. They have a HUGE selection of all heirloom seeds and the customer service is superb.
