C4 from seed and a Blue Moonshine clone

High everyone...

I am starting a grow with C4 from seed of 12 I have 4 females and 8 males. I am looking for any information on the genetics of this strain...

I have seen it listed on gardens cure as Cotton Candy (Afghani X Blueberry -Federation seeds) x Shishkeberry (Red & Yellow Afghani's -Dj Short Blueberry male).

I am wondering if this is accurate and if so any more information on the parents. Was the Shiska a stabilized line originating from red and yellow Afghani crosses or something else? Also same question for the Cotton Candy; is this simply an F1 Afghani x Blueberry cross or has it been stabilized?

I am looking to do an open pollination of the C4 among itself to preserve all possible genes (from 12 seeds anyway) and do some breeding... maybe make a synthetic variety to eventually cross out depending on what the combining ability of the parents was (info???).

Being able to produce a nice stable varietial from the genetics I have would be ideal. Alas, I have no way to buy new seed stock for a while and I would like to have a reasonably reliable seed pool regardless. Plant # for open pollination events will only be between 50 and 120 plants at a time.

I also have a Blue Moonshine which came as a female clone. I do not know whether this is DJ shorts or Dutch Passions genetics, but I do know it takes about 60 days to flower, is covered with trichomes , and has the most wonderfully balanced, non-paranoid high.

Please let me know any information on the background of Blue Moonshine from either two possible sources and how I may combine this plant with C4 or and potential C4 filial generations in a way that may produce worthwhile plants direct from seed.

Please let me know what you think about any and all of this. If I am in stoner fantasy world don't be afraid to burst my bubble.

Peace
GH

Still... looking for input. Began flowering a small C4 clone to give me an idea. Been flowering 14 days so I should have a taste in 6 more weeks or so. I will get some pictures of it further along....

but really just want to bump this for the meantime still looking for info.

trich shots... Harvested the test clone at 7 weeks. I'm somewhat unsure of the C4 so far. I am sorry I don't have pictures of the plant but the stature was unimpressive. very stanky compact and resinous buds but very low yielding and I was expecting a faster flowering plant. I am hoping it is only a pheno in one of the 4 mothers or that it was a fuck up or fluke on my part.

potency is respectable and quality is great. Just need to see if I can tweak the yield.

Well I am pleased to say the C4 has proved me wrong and has been producing very fat compact buds. I have been growing sativa dominant strains and did not realize how many nutes a strong indica can soak up. I had to nearly triple my nute dosages.

The flavor is very strongly what I think of as steriotypical cannabis smell. Very strong smell, deeply skunky with a touch of piney/sweetness, offensive to those sensitive to it. The smoke and vapor (maybe more so the vapor) are cough inducing, even in experienced smokers.

High is very mellow, narcotic, sleep inducing. For me personally its an alright smoke before activities, but many other people who have had it have said it knocks them on their ass.

I am sorry I don't have pics. Someday i will fix my camera. I swear. Not that anyone is reading my thread of innane ramblings anyway.

Is this Chimera's C4? I have a pack of them in the stash.

Answered my own question lol, clicked the link.
This cross sounds very interesting, I may have to try it soon.
