Clicking hyperlink problem - Website Support - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

When I click the icons (Insert Image, Hyperlink, Insert Email Link) at the top of post box all that happens is the page moves to the top and nothing happens. Is this common? Did I mess up a setting on firefox? I have the latest version of mozilla firefox.

I have the same problem intermittently. Usually a quit and re opening of the browser clears it up. If not, a reboot.

It happens to me, too, but I know why (at least for me)! It happens when I'm impatient and try to click something before the page is fully loaded (I'm on dial up- one of the problems of living in the boonies!). If you wait until the page is fully loaded, they work OK.

Yeah, I've noticed that as well, you have to let the page fully load before the menus work. If the page has finished loading and it still doesn't work, it could be your pop-up blocker stopping the 'insert link' boxes appearing
