So this friend of mine had some GF probs a while ago, and ended up renting the top floor in my house. the thing is, he's a cook, and a damn good one aswell so here is a little eye tease of how we eat in this house



appetizer: smoked trout wraps with ruccula salad and a herb yoghurt dressing with caramellized bacon wrapped figs.

a cannasaur's choice-to accompany the appetizer: mr nice super silver haze, sour haze flavor






Main dish(below): creamy norwegian seafood soup with arctic shrimp (fresh off the local boats), arctic blue scallops, smoked salmon and the chefs winter vegetables of choice. with the lack of sun in the european winter, fish is your best vitamin D source kids heheh. this is real oldschool viking winter food, eat fish in winter and you will not catch the winter flue i swear.

to accompany the soup: lofoten mildwine, its a local sweet white wine made from an arctic berry called the multeberry mixed with some rhubarb and steawberry and whatnot very, very drinkable with only 6% alcohol. some friends of my family makes this wine, its excellent.

and ofcource for the cannasaur, sour is always good with seafood, so some sour hawaiian skunkXmauiwaui was just right with this




Dessert: (my words can never make this dessert justice but here goes)
orange caramellized dried and fresh fruits such as figs, prunes, apricots, with pinapple ala chef glazed with chili/citrus caramel sauce and yoghurt.
AND the 3 hour chocolate mousse. chef calls it the 3 hour chocolate mousse because it takes 3 hours to make it! and i call him chef cuz he lives up to the name hehehe. the finest 70% chocolate is used. wish you guys coud've had this mother of munchies with us but i wont try to explain how fucking good it was.



after dessert:finished off with a nice and rich flavored kush indica, actually it was this girl right here



finally .. ill just hollar at the ladies real quick...

ladies, ladies, ladies... tsk tsk dude when your man cooks like this... how the hell does one manage to fuck that up? i mean if i could ever find myself a woman that can cook me this kind of shit, i swear to god she could ask me for whatever.. do whatever she wanted... you name it!

so this one goes out to all the brothers out there, all you guys that wont see your girl or ex or kids this christmas. if you're having girl problems i feel bad for you son.

I went to culinary school and I can say that food looks bomb. I'm curios as to why it takes this guy 3 hours to make chocolate mousse tho.

just wait and see what we got cooking for the holidays.. im half terrified that i have to drag my skinny ass home to my over endulging old mom and family to endure their eat-a-ton binges. and we dont just celebrate 1 or 2 days around here, ohnoes its alteast 3 family dinners. and then im going to throw atleast 2 partys before official newyears at my place. plus all the damn friends who keep calling me inviting cus they wanna toke my bud.

sigh, going to have to work hard to maintain the mountain legs this winter hehe.
