My son came home the other night from a dinner date with his fianance and brought my a $6 chocolate bar it was 70% cocao dark chocolate and had a cherry-red chile pepper filling. The red pepper was now overpowering and blended in very well with the cherry and dark chocolate taste...it was ecellent!!! Now I know why the ancient Inca peoples mixed their cocao with chile pepper and served it as a drink. I'm contiplating getting another and melting it down in a cup of milk with some tinture and trying it out...I think it would be delicious!!!
I'll have to ask him the name of the chocolate bar so I can post it here...I'll be back!

But if motivational incantations, exercise, and Kapalbhati Pranayama yoga breaths are not your style, there’s one tip that all of us can do each morning to make our days better: practicing gratitude. Robbins recommends slowing down your breaths and thinking of three things you are grateful for today, spending about a minute on each thing. They do not have to be big moments of gratitude, they can be as small as enjoying the cool air on your face. “The reason I picked gratitude is because when you’re grateful you can’t be angry. And when you’re grateful you can’t be fearful,” he explained. |

Godiva was my favorite as a kid...parents used to gift eachother w/ chocolates and I would eat em
. My family has chefs so I usually get spoiled w/ treats when they are baking.
