Godbud x Dreamweaver, Dream Goddess, 12/06 freebie
Up at bat is my Dream Goddess i got as a freebie 12/06. I AM SUPER EXCITED to be running a MOD strain.
Sprouted 5 beans 7/08-8/08, 3 popped, 1 stalled, 2 made it. I always have mixed sprout ratio's with beans. In case i dont find " THE ONE ", i have another 8 beans ready for sprouting. Pictures are of the 2, one just showed sex in veg. There not the fastest growers, but dense & compact and just recently started to take off. Some P def showing, just recently upped my ph to 5.9, was 5.7. Veg under T5's, botanicare coco, canna COGR A+B + rhizotonic @ 5mil gallon. 1000 ppm @ .7 conv. temps 75f. Currently 16" tall. To go in Bloom room on 12/1/08, room is 4x16,2400k cooled of eyes, Scrubber, CO2 @ approx 1100-1500 ppm ( i pipe in my natural gas furnace & water heater exhaust, controlled by monitor. reason for fluctuation). The both of them, left is female, right unknown Already showing female. Beautiful plant. Her leaves are longer and not as wide as the other unsexxed. She got a little to close to the light, bulb burned left fan leave. Unknown sex, its leaves are wider & shorter then the female. Not as compact. If its a male, im collecting some pollen for a female i have in mind. ( Pearl, her trich production will fit right in with this mod variety) In this pic the unknown has a really dramatic purple stem opening, center of pic. it is the stem showing through the leaf design. Strange, very noticable at first glance. probably the size of the average green pea. about the size of a #2 pencil eraser. B-safe everyone Last edited by gmanwho; 11-29-2008 at 09:37 PM.. |

Hey there H8u, glad you stopped in. I've seen some wonderful images of her, and im glad i have a chance to run her.
Well the unknown plant did turn male. I pulled him from the room and debating on what to do with him at the moment. i did take 10 cuts of each, i believe this round i have or almost have 100% success in cloning(aero cloner). So im wondering if i should let him drop some pollen an collect, or grow a clone later for collection. Alot of things going on now, not sure if im up to the task now. The female is slowly advancing, not much stretch yet. Not much site pistol development yet either. Just a few hairs per site. H8u, got any photos, any tips, any suggestions? What you use for a medium & nutes, lights,co2? What was your sizes? Pheno variations? take care & B-safe |

DreamGoddess
KEEP THE POLLEN!!!!!! Cherish any means, especially seeds, you can to keep this plant around. I recently,07.08, grew out my last 3 seeds(freebies '06?)......bummer. Got 3/3 females, have a mum going since. Bonsi is my intent. This is a keeper. For me, xcellent cloner. Peat pellet under GLAD dome. Have to say I have a success rate of 100% w/rooting. Another nice thing to this plant...to me...a very quick plant from veg to harvest. Used 400, 600, 1k used all three. Each produced nice, tight buds. Nice resin. I really like everything about this plant.
Success w/ya grow! Stay safe!!! Eco Watch em grow!!!

Hey Eco, nice of you to share your thoughts on her. I hope she is great. I feel she won be a let down.
Now for a slight let down, in my stoned ventures in battling aphids fungus nats, and 2 spotted mites i over applied some insecticide. I lost 70% of the leaves on her. i normally dont apply insecticides, and try more organic means, but the bugs where crazy in the coco. i have since found a safer insecticide that sems to not effect the plant. I put her back into veg and i am set back a month or so. All my clones took, so i have 11 clones + the mother now. i also have 5 clones of the male and chopped the male from seed. So i will run the mother and another 5 or 6 cuts of her in 1 month. Minor set back, but all is well. B-safe |

It's pretty much unanimous--if it smokes as nice as it grows (and it sounds like it does), this plant is a keeper. I need space, so I'm in the taking mine down a week earlier than I'd planned to, and even at a scant 48 days, the colas are impressively dense and thick. Actually found a smidge of mold in one yesterday, so it's just as well I'm chopping now.
It's fast, easy, sticky, good-looking bud. I'll be selfing a clone of this stuff to get some female seeds.

I had those freebies back in 2006 too...Wasn't all that impressed with them really, it was just average smoke...I'm not knocking MOD's gear at all either... I grew out his NL#5 haze X Arjan's haze which was good and his MODbx which was amazingly easy to grow for a sativa and potent as all hell man....
For the record though the structure of my Dreamgoddesses were more lanky...differet appearance all together.... Yours look awesome though can't wait to see them finish up... Chomp |

Hi all, thank u for chiming in. Very true NPK, Im betting shes a keeper. Nice pic.
And cabri sometimes u gotta move on, but something equall or more desirable at the moment has to take its place. Celer, NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. Pictures like that drive me to insanity to replicate. Knowing that i may have that at my fingertips is exciting. Im hoping mine is even close to that. looks like you found one. Now as for mine, she is finally recovered and on her way back to bushy health. I almost lost her due to my miss dosing of insecticide. But she is recovering very well. VERY bushy now due to the re-veg from flower. pics to follow soon. Celer, rock on with the Dreamgoddess, may it devastate the masses. B-safe |
