does Head ever come around to read these or answer his PM's? the seeds I bought of this strain arent germing to good, right at 50 % with one of them a runt. still have 4 more to try. I tryed pming him last week with no reply.

That's really amazing me... I've never had any complaints... only read over and over about 90-100%germ rates... I guarantee I packaged viable seeds, why don't you try the rest of them... There aren't any more G13 diesels, so you're gonna be out of luck on replacing them... take good care with the other four...
I don't know what you're really wanting... I do know that I sent in viable seeds and the fact that this is just about the only complaint I've heard out of hundreds of packs sold is indicative of this... I am sorry that you had issues with your germing... only reason I hadn't answered is that I really expected them to come up with a but more patience, that they did not indicates a problem, but not necessarily a problem with the seeds... I'd be happy to hook you up with something from the new releases next year, since you seem to have had bad luck with these, but have no plans to make any more G13 diesel for the foreseeable future.

Im not the only one having problems Head, I just wish you would answer your pm's. another grower at the farm had 0 % germ on his, I tried to contact you and discuss the problem, no answer. I don't need anything else, just thought you might want to know. I thought thats what the help desk was all about.....

Okies... But... Everyone else I've ever heard back from gets 90-100%... Sorry you and this other guy had problems germing, but I am 100% certain I packaged viable seeds. Since I personally sort every seed, and know what viable seeds look like... Since I germ test every batch from the worst looking seeds of the bunch, and don't send in anything that doesn't germ at 90%+... Since I don't know what happened to the seeds since they left seedbay, how they were stored, how warm or cold they got in transit, or exactly what conditions they were germed under... There is not much I am willing to do beyond what I offered... I do know that it is in no way actually my fault or my responsibility, but offering you a free pack anyhow seemed a nice thing to do since you've had a tough run of luck... If it were just about letting me know, then you needed no response to the PM :wink:, but it was about something else obviously... Don't need anything else?? Just wanted to bitch, eh? cool... no worries... bitch away...

no I wasent bitching, I said in my pm that I wasent going to try to germ any more ubtill I talked to you. but no response from you, so I started 3 more and two sprouted and one is stunted bad, I don't need anything else just wanted good g13 x d sees, maybe the other 4 will all germ. I just don't like your attitude with a paying customer. tryed handling it in private but I guess I don't buy enough of your gear to deserve a answer, don't worry I won't be buying anymore of your gear if thats the way you treat customers. all it would have taken is a answer from you...

wow, yeah... shame on me for offering someone a free pack of seeds, even though statistically their actually have gotten a pack with a dozen bum seeds is very very improbable... How do you want me to respond... "holy shit! 0.5% of the packs I've sold didn't germ, I must be doing something wrong?"... Crazy... "I'll hook you up with a free pack" should be plenty... Man I'm bad to my customers... lol

Im sure your right. All I wanted was your thoughts if I was doing something wrong, I did the first 5 in water for the first 24 hrs, and two craked and the broke ground, the other 3 went into a moist paper towel but after 4 days still hadebt cracked, the next 3 I scuffed and put directly into coco, 2 came up. Like you said you can't know what happened between you , seedbay and me, all I know is I usally get at least 90 % on seeds from the bay, I know your not a bad person, I just don't like your attitude towards me. I only wanted your advise and you dident think I warrented any I guess, what would you think if you pm'ed me with a promlem and I dident take the time to answer you? All this could have been avoided with a little customer services

Sorry bro, I didn't realize that customer service included specific instructions on how to best germinate cannabis seeds... I didn't respond quickly, because I figured a little patience would show the questions to have been unneccesary... I get quite a few PMs, and sometimes people don't get responses for a week or more... Didn't seem like any sort of emergency, There is tons of germination info posted around, including my methods... I didn't like your attitude when I took longer than you wanted me to on answering a PM and you saw the need to hijack someone else's thread to call attention to the fact that it took me over a week to get to your PM with some sarcastic rhetorical question... A little patience on your part would have gotten a response more to your liking, perhaps...

Joesy,
Let me say that I have germed many, many Head's Gear and have had 100% everytime. If you need any suggestions on germing techniques, let me offer mine. Though there are many different ways to germ, everyone has their favorite. I use a solution of RO water and Humic acid (2ml/1qt) and drop the seeds into a shot glass with 10ml of solution then place shot glass in warm and dark location and let soak for 24hrs then after the soak most if not all seeds have cracked and show a tap root I then place a seed into a 4"x4" container filled with thoroughly moistened, not wet, Promix. Place seed 1/4" into promix and cover lightly, cover with humidity dome and in 2-3 days you'll have a seedling. Like I said there are many different ways of germing seeds this is the one that works best for me. Whatever issues you're confronted with it most certainly is not the gear its the method. Good luck |
