I havent grown the UK Exodus crews clone of the Cheese, but where i'm from, I can get that chees all day long @£25 for 3.5g... not bad.

Having said that, I grew out the BB Cheese last year, and met Milo at the UK Hemp & Hydro show 2008 (Brick Lane) at his stand... he was giving away free bud to those who bought seeds. I showed him a few vids on my phone of my flowering BB cheese, and without even telling him which strain it was, he guessed it lol. Then I got my lovely girlfriend to take a pic of me sitting with Big Buddha, he had the cheeeeeeeeesiest in that photo lol - wish I still had that memory card, I'd have posted that pic here for all Anyway, after the photo, he gave me a bud of the Buddha Haze (WOW, what a touch) and my girl and I got kinda high, right there, in the Hemp & Hydro expo... (Do you remember me, Milo? I'm the Indian bloke with the Guyanese girlfriend - your strains rock mate)

anyway, comparison notes of the UK Exodus clone vs the Big Buddha Cheese...

Big Buddha Cheese tastes a lil fruitier than the exodus clone, but still retains that dankness. The Exodus Cheese, has lost some of its strength over the years, and now the buzz doesn't seem to last nowhere near as long. In 2006 I was getting Exodus Cheese and it was too heavy for the day, these days - I can toke a couple scoobies in the day and still function. BB Cheese, left me a lil smashed, and the dank taste combined with the slightly fruity overtones made it a better smoke - so I always found myself "rolling another one, just like the other one"

Had the UK cheese from 2006 been put up against the BB version, the UK one woulda won... but as it stands, I give it to Big Buddha. I put it down to the fact that the genetics of the original clone has been cloned so many times over, that the line has been weakened. My opinion. I ahd some cheese over the weekend, UK one - and also some black kush (whatever that is) and I gotta say, the balck kush was better...

Are you sure it was the same clone back in 2006? Not sure about clones weakening. I've grown out a few BB cheese phenos most were afghani dominant.

Yes, pretty sure of it. The guy I was getting the exodus cheese from is a grower and in with the soundsystem types, who travel around and he got his clones from them. Thing is, in 2006, that cheese was the doggs danglies... now it isn't all that.

A shame to hear you got the afghan phenos, but hey - they'll yield more

I smoked BBC in amsterdam and i grown the exodus cut.
Both have different taste, the BBC have more cheese taste where the exodus have more a "floral/skunky" taste.

Personally i prefer the big buddha cheese

i still love both our bbc and the uk /exodus clone, both have got outstanding qualities, for me the best advice is whats good for you(higher yielder, taste) and whats available to you ! but yes any cheese is the way!!!

BigBuddha's Cheese grows taller, with longer and heavier top cola than UK Cheese clone..

I'd prefer to have an organic flower of BigBuddha Cheese than a flower of the exodus clone.. Any day

Very surprised to hear you say that Doc. I found there to be no comparison in taste between the two the Orignal was infinitely better. I only grew out a pack of 5 bb cheese maybe i just didnt find the right pheno. The plus point for the bb version imo was the bigger yield.

Dito.iv tried a couple of thier strains with very disapointing results, not again for me.
