Recipe serves 2:

6-8 strawberries depending on size
handful of blueberries,
1 bannana.
maybe half a cup of vanilla yogurt
the rest apple juice

(i never measure the yogurt or apple juice, as its purely up too u how much of each u want it or how waterry u want it....from more juice)

blend till smooth, if its hot outside, u can then throw in 4 or 5 small ice cubs, and blend again till smooth, if its not hot or ur eating inside u dont need the ice.

The berries can obviously be changed to whatever berries your friend has, but i recommend watching out with blueberries/blackberrys/cranberrys etc, as they make alot of little tiny hard seeds or whatever it is in the smoothie, i try to stick to maybe a 2:1 or even 3:1 ratio of strawberry:otherberrys mixture for my smoothies.

The key ingredients are really the fruit, yogurt and apple juice.
