The Bubblegum Projects v.1
First off, here's some recent shots of the OG Bubblegum.
I grew this round in a mixture of FFOF, perlite and ProMix Bx. I used earthworm castings and hydroton in the bottom of the grow bags as a stable foundation and constant feed, as well as Organicare Pure granules in the soil under the roots when transplanted. I am using the new Botanicare line Organicare, which is a supplemental range of nutes that you add incrementally. This is my first round with these products, and I was amazed. I use Earth Juice PH down to supplement the hotness of the Calplex, which is the hottest of the nutes. I flushed with Grandma's Mollasses and good ol' H20. In flower I also used a little Monster Bloom. These were fed Organicare and Thrive Alive in veg. The OGBubblegum will be the mother of a new hybrid I've made in the Bubblegum Projects v.1. I will be releasing seeds to the Bay in small batches of the following: -OGBubblegum x SourBubbleBX4 -The Key (91chemdawg x bubblegum) x SourBubbleBX4 -SourBubbleBX3 x SourBubbleBX4 -SourBubble BX4 IX1 mother A -SourBubble BX4 IX1 mother B Enjoy. OGBubblegum at 47 days I will also show pics of the seed-runs and father of this next seedline, a hearty SourBubble BX4 branchy male with hot pink nuts and a sweet smell. -gp Last edited by grapepunched; 10-31-2008 at 05:31 PM.. |

Im always impressed with your photo and grow skills GP! Very well done, I must say!
And its very kind of you to be spreading these genetics to the rest of us here, I know I have been drooling over your OG Bubblegum for quite some time, it truly is an outstanding plant! Ill be keeping and eye on these projects for sure!! A quick question, what male BG did you use to make The Key? (which sounds like an absolutely amazing cross BTW!) Thanks for all your hard work man, it shines through in your plants no doubt!!! Stay Safe and Be Well

I didn't make The Key,
it is an old and preserved clone from some other friends. Friction2k gave her to me, and I simply bred with her because she is so fantastic and funky... Though she is a sensitive plant, she can easily be stressed into providing pollen if you have light leak issues, she is similar to the 91chemdawg and diesel family in that aspect I suppose. But her smoke is top-notch. -gp |

a couple of shots of the daddy
This is the keeper male out of my pack of Sour Bubble BX4.
He was branchy, vigorous, and stinky like a rotten musky sweettart. I think he will be a good stud to mix up some of the bubble genes. Sorry the pics aren't the best ever, the camera was dying and I was stoned, but they should suffice=) Hope everyone is stoned and happy. -gp |
