Im currently enrolled in well known culinary school( wont give the name for security) and I was wondering if theres any chefs out there that would like to share some advice recipes or stories

yeah, you could say I'm an aspiring chef... and I like your quote "good food, good drink, good weed" although my forte is combining all 3

I've worked on the line before, and currently manage both a chem lab and a bar, but my dream is to open my own restaurant (tapas style) or B&B (working organic farm 'dude ranch' style).
I am happy to announce I was just asked to go work under the head chef at a local fine dining establishment! I feel like an aspiring actress who just got her first Broadway role. And the base pay to start is as much hourly as I make at the lab after 8 years... hahahaha. Wait til I tell that little tidbit to my boss...

Congrats on the new job..Tapas is always good and I like the idea of a resturant running its own farm..organic,sustainable and you can turn some serious profits, alot of people are willing to pay extra for that. I hope to open my own restaurant or catering buisness someday

what's up guys, I'm a sous chef at two places and I love it! had the passion for cooking all my life and never worked anywhere but a kitchen since I was 16. good to see other chefs on here too. I have some recipes in the cooking with cannabis section and a hot sauce recipe in the den if you search "hot sauce junkies".
keep it fresh and green

I'd like to start as a sous chef after culinary school..not very likely though we all gotta start at the bottom and work our way up. A friend of mine is an executive chef at a country club makes about 80,000 which a fairly decent living for a younger guy (under 30).. Btw does anyone have any recipe's for hot canna coco?
