You need to work out your air ventilation and movement in there. It's going to get hot in the summer. I think you're better to get some small computer fans for air-movement instead of the big ones which can cause wind burn on plants that close.

I have change pots yesterday to Tecu 25 - 25 * 25 * 27cm - 11L
When do u think i should put them into flowering 12/12 ?
How long should they be ? 30cm ?

30 sounds good for a 250. I'd cut all of the side branches 'cept the top few to maximize the light.

Here is some updates.

The big one, is smelling good and its growing fast.

You don't need a picture, just cut off the lower branches about 2 cm from the nodes and only leave a few nodes on top. A 250 light won't do much with the lower branches anyway.
