The Big Cheese Test Grow [UK Cheese x Chronic]
A few days ago I was chatting to Matt and I was asking him if he had anything in the pipeline. He said he did but it has not been tested and I offered to give this Cheese x Chronic a test for him to see how things go.
The Female Used was the U.K cheese. I presume it has been tried and tested for years hence him using it. The Male used was a sweet & spicy serious seed's chronic male which was chosen for the copious ammount's of resin on his stem and flower's. This is the same Male used in the Lemon Stinky I am growing at the moment so we know that it really does pack some seriously huge buds. I put 7 seeds in some cotton wool that I had soaked in a mild seaweed soloution. They had all popped within 24 hours - Well one needed to be popped between my teeth (strong bugger) After they had shown tails they went into rockwool cubes soaked in the same seaweed soloution. They have all popped above ground now ![]() |

woeps - I forgot the pics of the babies
![]() I will try and keep things up to date as possible but you know how boring seeds can be for the first few weeks so I will probably update again with some pics next week or if something weird happens As soon as they have showed a tap-root from the bottom they will be going into some seed and cutting compost till they are root-bound |

Nice 1 mate, can't wait to see how these turn out, just wish i had the time and space to grow a few out myself. If the uk cheese clone fem is anything to go by this should be a very interesting and potent hybrid.
This was a accidental cross when i was making the mexican chronic test cross and obviously the cheese had a few set's of viable pistals and a little pollen must of been floating about a day or to after i'd removed the male chronic.

I cant wait too
- You never know matt - something magical could have happned and you might have created a MONSTER strain I have potted them up into some John Innes #1 or something like that from Sainsbury's (Not at home right now so cant check) Its for cuttings and seedlings. Its a bit of a weird mixture - seems to be very sandy? Anyways the seedlings are doing well. I think they are already showing genetics from their parents as I have two seedlings that are very tall with BIG leaves and the others seem to be more stumpy and stocky. Anyway I will post some pics when I get in.. |

okay dudes - here are the pics I prommised. All looking fine as you can see
Well there is one seedling that seems to be freaking out a bit #4 doesnt want anything - if its too wet it freaks out and if its too dry it freaks out - I am sure it will be allright after a few days but just weird that its not looking too clever other then that you can see for yourself Till the next update adios Psy |

Thanks matt, yea I think they will be fine over the next few weeks - It will be interesting to see if the cheese changes things much or if they will be similar to the lemon stinky's and be nice and compact -
Hey Tom, Any updates? Not since yesterday bro. Seedlings are boring little things - Nothing happens for a few weeks and then they start kicking off. Lemon Stinky is an awesome strain as it is. I am growing 20 at the moment and I love them soooo much - I hope the Cheese X Chronic Turn out to be as good as these at 30 days like the ones below (ignore the reflector - sorting it tomorrow )Adios Psy |

It'll be nice to see the mutated seedling if you can get a close clear picture of it,i just hope the mutation doesn't show up much in the rest of the offspring as there looking really nice so far.
