whats up JPfreakier? (and everyone else) looks like the japanese section of the fourms has exploded! well, at least since the last time i checked it... im currently in oregon growing out some plants in oregon (im legal baby!!) but i should be visiting sometime in janurary and causing pandemonium like i do..

i thought you might find this interesting to know but my sister was recently detained for being affiliated with persons whom dealt or were thought to deal with marijuana and held for 23days.. they raided her house, gave her an extensive UA etc, etc, and found nothing but the point is the japanese police can hold you for a maximum of 23days without a conviction, trial or confession so watch out!!!! Watch out!!!!

i know that the law is fucked over there but there are people who are currently trying to revise these laws so in the mean time watch out!! know your rights!!!

Yup, and they can extend it as well I believe. Or is it they can hold you for 14 days without any reason and they can extend it to more? Shit I can't remember but it sucks one way or the other.

I know I have the right to bend over.

Congrats on being able to grow legally. Must take the edge off a little.

The other day I saw a garu-o (orangutan looking young Japanese punk) throwing out 2 bags of soil in our mansion trash. Just what I need, some fucking stupid kid growing in the same mansion.

thats funny, i havent heard that expression gyaru-o in at least two years!! man its been too long... im thinking that as long as the gyaru-o doesn't catch on to you then you should be fine no? i dont think that the cops would search the whole building even if Mr.-o got himself put away for growing pounds upon pounds..

im loving this whole legal situation, virtually no stress whatsoever.. i have hooked up with a few growers out here and i have started a small un professional crop for the time being with some decent genetics.. i think i should be harvesting right before i make my visit to japan.. its a shame that i wont be able to take any of it with me...

do you currently have any plants in your garden??

I just had a so so result with my first attempt at Hempy under an old 250hps and got about 90g out of it. Not great but I made some mistakes. Have another harvest next month.

thats sweet! im about to throw some of my plants into bud within the next week or so... im using a 600w/hps first time ive used something this big so the results should be interesting...

these are my small plants growing under two 150w/hps bulbs theres some skunk, punabutter, somekind of orange species, strawberry cough, medicine man and five alaskan thunderfucks

these are my two big big bud bushes with one alaskan thunderfuck growing under the 600w

my bad, i may have been under the influence when i wrote that... ha ha

auctually, i have four 70watt hid's.
im getting ready to move sooner or later so i ended up giving away most of my small plants. im flowering two thunderfucks and the cloning the bigger one of the two big buds tonight so i can put it into flower it in a week or so. im flowering the thunderfucks stealth style in a cardboard box in the far corner of my room. six weeks left!!!

got to keep up mthe mini gardening practice too for when i go back to jp

There are some amazing stealth grows in cabinets around the boards scrog style. I'm too lazy so I just use some closets from Ikea and so on.

Recently the grower arrests in Japan have sky rocketed. It's a sad thing but most of them are idiots. A lot of people got arrested after ordering seeds and not using a safe address. You might remember I was really harsh on that Japanese ass who was telling people that it was totally legal. Wish more people would have listened.

These are still the top reason for arrests from what I can tell.
1) Traffic violations
2) Snitches
3) Seed buying / equipment buying (which is one reason I don't like to give my sources on-line here)
4) Being a total idiot (a bar owner was giving joints to customers he thought would be cool)
5) Just bad luck

I got everything 'cept bad luck covered, there's nothing that anybody can do about that. I knew a guy who was caught after the fire department had to break into his 4 story building after a power line came down in a typhoon on his roof. He wasn't home at the time and they had emergency powers to break in and they found his garden.
