Seeds arrived today in excellent shape, I got 9 in my pack which will be sufficent for a test grow! Let's start off with Cannacopias description:

Government Mule
The US Government’s own legendary G13 indica, via the University of Mississippi’s cannabis research farm. Legend has it that a cutting from the strongest plant from the U Miss pot farm was smuggled out by a pot friendly lab technician, and shared amongst a clandestine group of growers who cultivated her for the overwhelming narcotic stone. This cutting is known as PG13 or pacific G13- named after the grower ‘pacific’ who shared her with the world- and she is cherished highly for her excellent yield of dense, resin caked nuggets. We crossed G13 to the Deep Chunk indica and the resulting plants are mostly indica in stature, and produce an ample supply of high quality medicinal.

Allright I searched around for my nutrients last night and found them for $30 cheaper!!! So I ordered General Hydroponics Grow,Micro,Bloom,Diamond nectar and 1.5 lbs of KoolBloom. I'll be starting germenation shortly and will post an update on my method!

Started the germination process today

, but first a size comparison shot of the seeds around a dime! I had built my new DWC tub with 11 spots because I saw most of the testers recieved 11 seeds, so I'll fill those spaces with 2 of D.J. Shorts Grape Kush.

Germination supplys...YES I USE BLEACH!!! It kills all bacteria and such and dosen't hurt the seeds!

I use a 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per liter of warm water and soak the paper towel then squeese off any excess waterthat would otherwise drip! I use a dinner plate as a resting platform base. Here are the GovermentMule seeds

I've folded the paper towel in half and placed the GrapeKush seeds on next

The paper towel is then folded in half 2 more times to keep moisture on the seeds

The only variation I have made from my long standing technique is I don't have any gallon plastic zip-lock bags so I used an 8 roll paper towel plastic bag cut to size! I don't belive this will change anything as it will be sealed by folding the edge under the plate to seal! The plate with seeds is placed into the bag and fill the bag with a good breath to create a dome to trap any condenceing water

I set it all on top of a Keenwood reciever 150w x 4, the plate keeps too much heat from getting to the seeds, it works very well as a heat source. Yes it's on the flash drowned out the digital lights=P

I'll check the seeds every day and refill the bag with my breath, they should be ready to transplant in 2-4 days!!!

I'll be growing in a 3'x3'x7' closet in an 11 station 30 gallon DWC tub. I'll be useing the Lucas formula with a slight modification...the addition of a few mls per gallon of GH grow.A 400w MH lamp will be used to veg and I'll switch to a 400 HPS lamp for flowering. I'm guessing I'll get 4-7 females from the 9 GovermentMule seeds and mabey 1 from the Grae Kush so there will be plenty of room to let them veg a little longer, but well have to wait and see!!!

Good to see you back in the saddle. Congrats on your selection to participate. I don't have the balls or the space (or the invite) so, color me jealous. I recently suggested someone try cleaning their cab with bleach and they freaked out, Here you are using it for germming seeds. LOL.

I hear ya man, seems like some of the youngblood newbies are a little thin skinned these days!I responded to one about how much water to use, so said fill your buckets to 1" under the base of your net pots so the popping bubbles would keep the medium moist enough for growth. The guy flipped NO, JUST HOW MUCH WATER!!! No photo, no size...I'm pretty good but not a mind reader yet! HAHAHAhahaha!!!

Break a leg 11 times, well my right leg has been "broken" 7 times over the last 24 years, can that please be enough?...LOL!!!

I've got a new mail order hydro shop!!!! Remember I ordered my new nutes on 9-29-08 at 7-8pm? Well they were here this morning around 9;30 am...so in under 2 days I got my order...NOW THAT'S FAST!!!
