Thanks doobieduck , wish i had sunlight on tap but not too bad for sodium.
Lineup of the three females all after identical conditions , shows the variation easily seen untopped. Left to right in detail and quite different. All have this leaf twist as has the male. The smallest plant on the left is the most advanced with the best smell and looks to be the one to work with. This shows so much potential and just looks right. |

Very nice foomar ... it seems they come along real good .... , plz be sure to test the individual plants by smelling more times a week and search for resin ... , glands with long stalks and big heads are the one to go for

Thanks fjällhöga , these have really filled out recently and its a daily scratch and sniff.
Thin covering of capitate trichs in all the usual places now , the fast females smell is sickly sweet and reminds me of something a few days dead , same odour as the best from the first test. Male now dropping pollen , sweet smell with as many trichs as the females , short structure just under a metre with massively strong mainstem and plenty of sideshoots. Had an inquisitive kitten climb last years haze with no damage , this could support the old fat mother with ease. Sacks are ripening from mid mainstem up and out and will produce pollen for three weeks at least. Another fast cloner in full flower , are males easier to root at this late stage than females ? |

Its very nice to see you making seeds with it .... , and no males dont root easier , its just the line ... , i have rooted clones under the hardest conditions with out a single loss ... females and males

The fast haze smells so good already and haveing the Geisha male in flower led to the inevitable pollen chucking ,could be a good backup plan if a current project goes tits up.
Reckon the only way to really judge a males worth is to grow out the numbers and see. Will use the Haze male on the Geisha female clone and grow out both for the interest. Bagged , shagged and tagged and left for 20 odd hours then thoroughly sprayed off with water and a spot of detergent as a wetting agent. Just the lower stems dusted and the rest should finish as expected. Fertilised pistils are obviously browned overnight and looks like a good hit with no collateral damage. Not quite got around to makeing a proper isolation box for the males but for now they live quite happily clustered around a 20 watt CFL in a cold shed on 12/12. Suprised how little care they need to do their job. |

The KHaze have been vegging steadily and produced some solid plants , these two show the extremes of form amongst many phenos.
Fifteen days flower after being topped in veg once , two leaders and bushy undergrowth in 3.5 litre pots. Quite different budding on the two. Mid height fans are distinctly different in several ways esp shininess , dull mat to semi gloss and a foot long. Odour varies greatly but all good , vigorous cloner and no hermies. One has a very promiseing woody/medicinal smell and a nice structure but no runts in this litter. Little or no colour on any despite some very low temps over xmas , most plants have gone purple/red/dropped but these seem not too bothered. |

looking very good foomar ...
1 of the Bubba/Ptk pheno's used for K Haze expressed some reddish/purple accents at the base of the bracts and between the veins of the leafs , near the end of flowering , after being flushed good ...
