If I had PM last year can I use same soil are should I get new

More likely than not it will still be there.

There are PM solutions but new soil is probably the wisest way forward.

agreed with Troutman, reusing soil is an artform, getting the dolomite buffering etc can be a bit of work.

Fungal issues are a pain in the ass to chase around though, get yourself a new soil, ideally build up a nice mycorhizae colony, get good fungi fighting bad.
