Im having problem now some of them are already showing Leaf deficiencies. Will the deficiencie go away whenever I put them in the big fat container?
I might need to add some calcium magnesium with there next watering and blackstrap molasses.

Im planning on starting the 12-12 light cycle either today or tomorrow. The plants are growing gr8 for now and the lights are on 18-6 atm. Can I just switch to 12 12 or should i add more darkness each day till i get to 12-12

Nope go directly to 12/12 but, I have also read that giving them a 24 hr of darkness prior to a 12/12/ works great! The rationale is that plants aren't on a timer. They only sense light and dark.

Out of 6 plants there ended up being so far 2 females. 2 1/2 weeks 12-12. I put the males outside and there's one left that hasn't shown sex yet. The 2 ladies are a good size and its probably for the better that there only ended up being 2 fems because there only seems to be enough light for the 3 plants to flower to there fullest potential. ill post new pix soon. so far I'm liking how the patio pickers garden is growing with little effort.

Here are the pics of the two ladies and the one not sexed yet.

Now even though I've been growing for the past 12 years and it's all been trial and error I've never grown in a patio Pickers Garden container so I don't really know when to start the flower fertilizer. Ill start a weak blooming solution verry soon.

Are the plants in the patio picker like it shows on their site ? Or you just have containers sitting inside it ? I used something similar a few years back. About 10 gallons of soil on top. With a wick that went thru the bottom of the top container and into the "rez" below. The rez had a spot on the outside to pour water in to bottom feed the palnt.

They worked ok. Except for when it rained and the thing got too full of water. Would start to drown the plants. I would have to take the top off with the plant in it, and set it up an a couple cinder blocks to let the soil dry out some.

The plants are in the patio Pickers Garden just like it shows on the website. The problem is I can't tell if I'm over-watering the plants or under watering them I just don't know. But anyway here's some new pics of the plants.

Maybe just a touch too much water....but they do look great ! Try feeling them out, lift the wet container, and lift it after it's sat for a day or so without adding water. Sometimes I take and drive my index finger deep down into the medium to see just how moist it is. Looks can be deceiving. Can look dry on the top and be wet in the root zone, and vice-versa.
