Howdy Folks .

Welcome to the Headstash garden.


Been lurking for a while and decided it was time to step up to the big leagues.



So... Somewhat in an interim period and only have a few plants going in flower. Got some Alien Kush f4, Bad Breath f2, Grateful Breath f3, and some Sour Dawg IX2. Nothing is that pic worthy yet. Gimme a couple weeks.



Also have a bunch of cookie x's coming up in veg.

To update the garden.

I flipped the rest of my interim run into flower. Purple Pug, Rugburn, and Motor city fighter. Everything is looking good except a couple rugburns that were a bit too tall and lanky. Didn't want to top so close to flower so I just set up a trellis. Hopefully it turns out well.

These motor city fighters (motorbreath 15 x Long bottom figher) from glg (freebies) are really blowing me away. Structurally they are all solid with large leaves. Pretty uniform except one gal who is very stocky. Smells in veg were loud greasy garlicyfunk. and the short one is just rank. Always makes me smile when freebies out perform the elites.

And finally, just wanted to highlight a crazy mutant magnetism (obe bc1) from GGG. Started with three cotelydons, Grew into a funky conjoined whirled leaf instead of growth point. Then restarded standard growth points at all three axillary sites. I had two individuals show this same weird whirled leaf mutation but other somewhat grew out of it normally.

Hey Chronic,

I will tag along with you. Looks like you can bring the heat. I don't know about loading photos. I have always had problems loading from my phone. I am not one to sit for long, so computers annoy me. I know there was a recent server update, I was hoping it would be easier to upload. I haven't tried in a while. The site is much faster now, so that's good.
I would imagine there is a thread about it somewhere here.

Exciting stuff is starting to go on over here. Finally getting back into my schedule, just dropped a full seed run. Besides getting to smoke my flower, seed germination might be my favorite time.
If this run had a name it would have to be "Return of the Alien," as it has a lot of "alien" gear.



Starting off, I've got deeper line bred versions of the two classics, Alien Kush and Alien Dog. I'm also adding some newer age gear from Obsoul33t. He has a, supposedly, original alien tech male that he's been using. So I'm really excited to see what the original alien passes on.
I'm running:

Double Alien Dog (Aliendog cherry x alien tech)
Alien tarantula( (strwberry cough x alien kush )x alien tech
also
Alien fighter (starfighter x alien dog f1)
Atlien pebbles or atl pebbles for short (fpog x irene alien og)





I'm also running the 93 super skunk (Tahoe Alien x Starfighter f1) aka T.A.S. aka Tahoe Alien Starfighter aka Tahoe Alien bi-parental bc1, from strayfox. I honestly can't express how stoked I am for this cross. To me, this is like getting some original starfighter f1 seeds, if not better. I'm very grateful that stray decided to release these to the community, and as a freebie no less. I love when breeders drop the most fire fucking freebies.

Last of the alien gear is compliments of Jaws.

Running Alien cookies f2, alien blockhead f2, and FPOG f3 (never thought I'd get this one.):woohoo: I'm expecting all these to be pretty killer.


Remainder of run is made up of ogs and chems, gonna stay away from the cookie for a run. Some highlights being Kosher, Stardawg, LD-95, Starkiller, and Banana OG.

All of this alien talk is making me want to tell y'all about the Alien Kush f4's ive got in flower now. There are two completely different phenos structurally and in terpene profile.

The first (more standard) one is what I predominately found in earlier generations. Plants stay tight with nice, but not overly bushy, branching. In flower there is about 1x to 1.5x stretch and colas get thick. This run might be my best expression yet, and plants absolutely reak of exotic rotten fruit (guava). One of the most notable features are the leaves which look very much like pics of starfighter.

The second pheno (have not found this one before) has much softer lanky growth, and stretched like 2.5 x in flower. Buds started out pretty spread apart and small so I assumed it wouldnt yield well, but now late in flower has formed into one massive spear cola. Its quite an impressive plant. Smells started out confectionery sweet, and now when rubbed are sweet orange candy. Leaf morphology is also reminiscent of starfighter.

Damn... a pack of meatbreath from thug pug just sold on auction for 2k+... Glad i paid a solid 60 bucks for mine... probably shouldve bought two lol.

Welp, got some pretty disappointing news. Had some pretty poor germination across a large amount of my alien gear. :petting:

Alien fighter and atl pebbles 1/7 each, 3/7 alien tarantula. 0/9 on alien cookies f2 which is pretty heartbreaking. Alien cookies say they were "born on 7/15/2019" so they should have been fine. There is a silver lining though, in that I got some Alien cookies f3 as well...
put the remaining seeds in water with a little bit of GA, so hopefully I get some reinforcements, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Really the only x's that germinated well for me were the ALien Kush and Alien dog (my own seed stock...) and the double alien dog.


That being said, the rest of my run germinated well.

Fuck, I just had my first casulties of the summer. Found a little bit of bud rot on some alien kush, bad breath, and grateful breath. Removed the affected material and a couple plants. Of course my favorite two plants (an alien and a bad breath) were affected. I hate summer growing. That all being said, it couldve been worse. I caught the rot fairly early and removed quite liberally as damage control. Im also gonna go ahead and use the waste to make some distillate so its not a complete loss, and there is still a lot of good smokeable buds left to be harvested.

Think I may have got the botrytis dealt with, knock on wood. Checked last two days and didnt see any more rot. Hopefully I'll be good. I'm a little bummed I didnt get any pics before I had to remove some plants but no biggie.

lower bud of a heavy ogkb leaning bad breath right below where I chopped her. (that weird greyish looking shit at the top is just a little bit of purpling coming in that looks weird in the pic, not rot, trust me I checked.)
