Breeder's Laboratory access issues

I was in there today and was trying to help someone but all I get is I don't have privileges to access that page error when trying to see there pics. I cant see any hot linked pictures. I tried to make a thread it wouldn't let me do that either. Help please

Still having issues in the Breeders lab. I cant see hot linked pictures from anyone. Others can see those pics. I cant make thread in here either. Not sure why my account is the only 1 that cant do this
