Could you please help me identify this deficiency!! Could it be from root aphids?

Because of the leafs margins appearing slightly burnt, I'm guessing it's a K deficiency.

But, more likely than that is prob soil pH issues.

Definitely check ph, what medium are you groing in? Seems like nitrogen but could be the micro elements like boron.
What nutes are you feeding?

To me it looks like Mg deficience,you could easily sees a intervenal clorosis..
