Canna D-block (weird reaction with nutrient mix)

I've been recommended to use Drip Clean by House and Garden to keep my dripping system in good shape, but I don't have it available nearby so I chose to go for Canna D-block as I got it from my local growshop. It seems to be like a same thing to me, but here's what happened if I added it into the nutrient mix as a last component - it completely fucked up the whole mix. It started reacting with the water in a weird way.. everything started coagulating (layering). Didn't seem right to me, so I tossed all of it and made new water. Yes, I followed exact numbers. It was not a mathematical mistake of mine.

I'm using Canna nutrients:
Canna Coco A+B
Rhizotonic
Cannazym
Boost


What might have been the reason for this to happen? Any ideas?
