Thanks I'll try that.

It turned out that I over watered again.
My lower leaves were curling under, the upper leaves were pale and the runoff smelt like sewage.

Thanks to Joe's Fresh thread agian, I saw pictures of over watering.

I have'nt watered in 4 days now and the soil is still damp.

I'm pretty sure I started off with a Cal/Mag deficiency then I over watered.

Magnesium deficiency looks a lot like over watering to me.
