And I'm blown away at how much these cameras can see in the dark. It's actually got me concerned that they are pumping out too much infrared light. Plants see the kind of light emitted from a night vision camera right? Is this something I should be concerned about affecting the photoperiod of my ladies?

Anyone with experience on this matter?

Do not worry, there is so little infrared radiation that they do not even know about its existence). But just in case, give a link to your network video recorder, where you can read its characteristics.
