We need more information to give accurate replies. Feed pH/EC, nutrient mix, temperature/RH, watering frequency, etc.
Offhand the pots looks dry and something you are doing is causing pH swings in the medium. Likely too much of a dry/wet schedule. Moist/wet is better for coir.
