combating acidity in organic growing

Does anyone have any ideas about naturally "combatting" acidic soil levels with an organic method. Perhaps its because im using EM1.

Just use a tiny amount of limestone in water.

As long as the pH of the limestone water doesn't go too high.

Your microorganisms won't suffer too much I think.

Lime is not water soluble. Add caco^3 when initially mixing your soil or when recycling.

I'll topdress with powdered dolomite lime for cal/mag as well as to keep the pH in the soil stable. I've found that plants eat up dolomite lime quickly in soil so you lose that buffer if you don't pH everything. Works very well for me and its simple.
