Anyone ever use this for separating trichs by size? Any recommendations?

I used a ultrasonic bath a couple times:

Results were not up to a standard bubble method.

More experimentation is required, but I returned to the standard.

you did? please elaborate. are you using the thing to separate trich heads from the material or are you separating trich heads from stalks and contaminates? how does it work?

I was just yesterday having a talk about this method with a friend who is a chemist and extractor, he tried several times and returned to standard like @Dropped_Cat, trichomes and ultrasound don't get along.

My bath is midrange, and took very little off dry bud bobbing around.
